Registration is based on a first-come-first served basis
Important Notes:
All the attendees must register online to gain access to the Forum physically. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the registered email address.
The Organizer will take photos and videos during the event for any purposes in connection with the promotion, marketing or record of CNC. However, participants’ identification will not be revealed without prior consent. Unless authorized by the Organizer, any form of recording during the presentations is prohibited.
Adverse Weather Arrangement:
A Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 (T8) or higher tropical cyclone warning signals, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or any “extreme conditions” is issued/ in force before the commencement of the event, the following measures will be implemented.
Day 1
T8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” is issued/ in force at 12pm. The Day 1 session (5:00pm – 7:00pm) will be cancelled.
Day 2
T8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” is issued/ in force at 6 am. The morning session (9am – 12:50pm) and the lunch (12:50pm - 2:10pm) will be cancelled.
T8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” is issued/ in force at 10am. The afternoon session (2:10pm – 4:00pm) will be cancelled.
